Garmin Visit UK Geocoin - a winner!

I see over on the gc.com forums that Mollyjak has won a Garmin Oregon, lucky them :socool:. I did think it mildly amusing that their coin has never done anything other than get activated. No placing it, no movement... and I thought that was one of the conditions? Anyway, who cares, at least a top prize went to cachers, and they're a great couple, really friendly. I'm really pleased for them! :cheers:

Yes, that's great that a top prize went to cachers! And it does indeed seem that Garmin didn't take their own rules seriously, lol...! As to the coin not having moved, though, I see that they've posted on gc.com explaining that they've had a lot of issues with losing coins, TBs and even 3 caches recently, but they do intend to set it off on its way at some stage.
