just a heads up for anyone who doesn't watch the GSAK forums as closely as I do!
Clyde has released a new GSAK version
http://gsak.net/board/index.php?showtopic=10016
which is a significant change. Without going into boring details, he has completely changed the underlying database for something newer and significantly faster, so GSAK should (and does) run much quicker.
be warned though, its a beta version, and more beta-like than the usual offerings from Clyde! there are a lot of hidden changes and many things may be temporarily broken (My Memory Map export didn't work at first). If you're happy with this, then give it a whirl!

Will have a good read later!
MM export problems... LordElf's, Pup's or another export?
How did you solve it? Easy??
Thanks for the heads up. :applause:

I think I'm using Edgemaster's script (MM Export, macro uses a file called icons.txt, yadda yadda) BUT even with it set to default it didn't work.
the solution was easy and related to the fact it didn't work using default settings either... I posted on the GSAK forums and Clyde fixed it within a few hours! :socool: (Not tested yet, but he's usually pretty good ;))
The example of MM was just to say that some things may get broke, but they WILL get fixed! :D
mexican wave?

I'll wait till it comes out of beta... but if the new database engine saves time on deletes, it'll definitely be worth it. I tend to batch my deletes using a specific flag value, and then filter on that and delete them all at once while I make a cup of tea. But lately I've had time to make dinner too.
