The NEW possibly annual Oxfordshire camping meet is back,
but it's moved a bit west to Witney.
So book the date for
"2009"

NOW!

Essential dates for your diary

19th - 21st June 2009
We have booked the rally field at Hardwick Park (http://www.hardwickparks.co.uk/), just south of Witney. With the ever organised Mad H@ter and muddly legs leaving the county, it looked as if there would be no camping event this year in Oxfordshire.

When its published the Event cache is GC1PW5V, Oxfordshire Camping 2009

I'm unlikely to be there, but well done for continuing the tradition! :applause:

Can't think of a good reason not to come, so it looks like you’ll all have to put up with us again:lol:.

BTW we (me & muddy legs) are booked up for a brewery tour at Wychwood Brewery  in Witney at 4:30pm on Saturday 20th. If anyone cares to join us tickets are available from here (http://www.wychwood-shop.co.uk/products.asp?recnumber=588) at £6.50 each, but don’t leave it too late as there are only 10 places left and they tend to get booked up quick.

Unadulterated BUMP ... Just a month away now ... over 24 pitches already booked with loads more available ... around 6 more hookups also available for those that need that little creature comfort

Book you pitch by posting a "Will Attend" with how many in your party, adults children and dogs and weather you want hook up or not. The number of days would also be useful.

Rally prices have been negotiated and would apply to all nights stayed not jsut the even weekend.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the useful information.

Camping is one of the most enjoyable pastime or recreation that everyone will definitely enjoy. Camping is considered to be the most relaxing experience one can have, it is such a great time bonding with one’s family and friends. Aside from that, camping can also be a great way on how one can be able to live simple or experience a life without all the gadgets and technologies which are comfortable to use.

Can someone from TPTB please close this thread as we have all enjoyed this event but its over and should make room for other events & posters now

See you all next year of course at the same site or one we have already looked at further West in the County. :socool:

Next Year will see the return of a pub based event to conclude the weekend where a Sunday Roast is available but there will be no damned prize draw (not even if Sue volunteers to return to run it ):p
