Hi All,
I much prefer to do my caching with a pleasant weekend circular walk with a number of caches to add interest.
Does any one have any recommendations?

Try CacheWalker.
If you have any recommendations to add to the site, feel free to add them!

There is a list of circular walks HERE (https://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.aspx?guid=cbfcf8d0-e488-4ab7-b16c-a59c97900935), hopefully you should be able to find one to suit you there.

Wrighty is one for caches for walking, along with the Stag Ramblers, and Delta68.
JollyJax and/or Aashria caches are worth while doing.

Give us a Clue (GCXM16) is a great multi-cache that takes you around Cannock Chase, with some fiendish caches to find. And there's the Wheaton Aston Walk series (starting at GC1R9D6) that links 7 caches plus 3 pre-existing caches - and if its not long enough you can add in the Wheaton Aston Extension series of 7 caches by the same owner.

Can highly recommend the "stones and stumps" series up here in Cumbria, by 'Martlakes and Freya'
12.5 miles/20 km with 18 caches.....plus one by another cacher, making 19.
First in the series is https://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=f8f1ce9c-88ee-4e1e-b98d-029fca20e1ac Fast cars, and there is a route map on the cache page.

I've heard the Lapley Loop is good, especially if you are chasing numbers - 42 if you add in a few others nearby. West Midlands - GC236FJ is the first.

Down South I can personally recommend these in West Sussex :-
The Rife Walks
Scouting Around West Dean
Jaceyb's Balls
Round Levin Down
and these in Hampshire :-
Simply Ampshire
Er Ampshire
Hoegate
There's also the UK Mega series in Hampshire, but it's not really what most people would consider a pleasant weekend walk, unless you break it down and do it over several weekends.
