Strange cache container

Just browsing on EBay and spotted this strange cache (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Geocaching-container-HUMAN-FAKE-HEART-BODY-PART-ORGAN-/230512451581?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0) container being offered in the USA, wouldnt really fancy finding that one.
