Road Conditions near Liskeard Cornwall

Hi we were going to do the three night caches near Liskeard starting with GC2H8BD https://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=e29f96a1-80f1-45dc-a7e7-c472bb2ab1f6 North Hill by Night 1 but am unsure if the roads are usable in the area due to the ice. Dont fancy getting stuck as I dont think that will go down very well with cleverclogs!!! Does anyone have any first hand information of the conditions in the area?
