Ian Harris (aka Teasel) co-opted to committee

Earlier this evening, the GAGB committee held its first formal meeting for 2005 (minutes will be published in the next few days)

The most important issue was that we unanimously coopted Ian Harris (Teasel) to the committee in a non-voting role. As such, Ian will be able to continue his work on maintaining and developing the GAGB website (including the very important "GLAD" facility): welcome back onboard, Ian!
