Just a question,

When permission has been granted by the Woodland Officer please send the form to ALL the following Geocaching.com reviewer (lactodorum@gmail.com, eckingtons31@tesco.net and deceangi@googlemail.com) and to EricPorter@woodland-trust.org.uk
Does this mean send it to ALL the GC.com reviewers?

Correct, that's all the GC.com UK reviewers. The automated cache submission system may be dealt with by any of the reviewers, so the form has to be sent to all three.
