Members phone numbers

I'm sure I remember that one of the UK geocaching organisations had a database of members phone numbers that was available to other members. It was optional, part of the membership profile I think.

I *think* it was part of the GAGB site, but I can't find it.

Anyone remember where it was and got a pointer to it if it still exists.
