Hotspots in Devon?

Hi all,

We are off to Paignton, Devon in a few days & was wondering if anyone knew of any free wi-fi hotspots around the area..

If not free, cheap ( i dont want to sign up to starbucks for a tenner an hour!&#33
any recomendations please.
