If someone owns a multi cache set in a piece of woodland should other people have to ask them if they want to place more caches in the same area.

This refers to new caches placed in an area that people will walk past while searching for the multi cache.

Please assume that proximity rules are obeyed.

It would only be polite to do so.

If it doesn't interfere with or detract from the original cache, and the cache is over the minimum distance from the multi's final, I can't see that there's any issue to answer.......
When you think of how many micro's, multi's and traditional caches peacefully co-exist in an urban setting, why should a rural setting be treated differently?
