Walter Sobchak, Theodore Donald "Donny" Kerabatsos, Jesus Quintana and The Dude are all characters from a film that has a bit of a cult following and has a convention held every year for it's followers.

    Name the film

Sorry folks, been without a decent internet for a few days but back now.

When a vessel is in distress, they send out a distress signal which uses the code words " MayDay"

What is the origin for using the words MayDay ?

Here's one for those of you who can remember the 70's.

You will remember the Lorraine Chase Luton Airport Advertisement from the 70's,

"Were you truly wafted here from paradise?"
    "Nah, Lu'on Airpor'!"

What product was she advertising? (Hint - It wasn't Luton Airport)

I've been leaving this hoping that someone else would answer it but it seems to be stuck.

    Leatherslade Farm near Brill.

I heard a very interesting talk a few years ago by the copper who was the first to discover it after the baddies had abandoned it.

    DING !!
As a retired officer from Thames Valley Police, the Great Train Robbers featured large in my early years. Some of the instructors at Eynsham Hall Police College had been involved in the searches and subsequent prosecutions. We were all taken to the Force Museum and shown all the exhibits including the Monopoly board which they played on with real money !
Sorry I have not got back sooner but out in caravan for a few days and the wretched mobile internet didn't want to work !!
