Your second spelling of his surname is the correct one.

As no one else has had a go yet, I'll have a guess at Jane Austen. I have a vague recollection of hearing thet she is buried in two places

    DING.

His heart is buried in the local church yard next to his wife, the rest of him is in Poets corner in Westminster Abbey.

I've just started reading Jude The Obscure (picked up on a secondhand books shelf somewhere) which had some biographical notes in it. Sounds romantic, but then why his heart would be buried with his first (estranged) wife, ignoring his second wife, puzzles me. Spose his second wife might have outlived him, still confusing. Funny lot, the Victorians.

OK, here's one. I haven't gone through all the previous questions to check it's not already there, apologies if it is.

    What is an Emordnilap?

This seems to have got split over a page boundary so I'll repeat it here.

Where are the 'Islands of Langerhans'?

As it is nearly 24 hours I'll give you a clue. Do not think geographically.

I'm going to be away fr a few days and, as nobody has got it I'll give you the answer and leave it for someone else to set one.

The answer is they are clumps of cells in the Pancreas. I'm guessing that there is a link between Islands and Insulin.

Ok an nice tricky one, I'm sure that someone will pop up with the answer staright away to prove me wrong.

Look at the picture, and answer two out of the three questions to get the ding

    1) What are they?
    2) What were they for?
    3) Where are they?

    OK I'll have a go.

The path looks like a railway track bed, the stones look like part of a Victorian lego set, the terrain is clearly hilly, so putting 2 & 2 together I'll guess

They're stones from a large construction project that was never completed.
The construction they were for was a railway viaduct.
    They're on Dartmoor.

Probably all wrong, but you never know your luck.

Well I had a look at the rest of your pics on Photobucket by following the link to the image. Having been slightly distracted by the "Bouncy..." pics I think I might have now deduced what these blocks are connected with, but I'll leave the question open, as although it's not Google, it's sort of cheating.

Still keep having flashbacks to the "Bouncy..." pics

As nobody is getting the answer to this one, it is as follows.
Near Kings Tor, Dartmoor, the picture is the track track leading into Swell Tor quarry. The object in question are partially finished corbels for London Bridge which were never collected.

Ok next person to log into this thread can put up the next question.

DING, it's where Holmes & Moriaty fell to their death, however Holmes was later resurrected as you say due to public demand.

I'd forgotten I was the last question setter, I must admitI expected it to go PDQ.

I'm going away for a few days and will be visiting Princetown, which large government institution is nearby?

Feel free to self-ding as I won't be back until after the weekend (or it could be longer h34r
