I think you're being unnecessarily harsh and discriminatory against our thievin' pikey chums.....h34r:
Now that Tupperware has also reached an all-time high on the open market I'm worried that feral housewives might make off with all my Lock'n'locks... hmy::wacko:

Funnily enough, I bought a number of lock'n'lock boxes for caching and my wife uses them for food storage!

Are we still allowed to call them *****?

Fantastic PC correctness not reached the world of geocaching then.

Well, if the pikes nick church lead, road signs ammo boxes will be fair game.

Hope you pointed out to her that you are not allowed to put foodstuffs in caches

I think we have a strong argument here for a move to micros and nanos, and perhaps even the return of virtuals... h34r:

Actually, I was looking for a place to hide a new cache and found a lunchbox. It was empty except for a dirty stainless steel spoon and a bit of food mould . It had evidently been there a long time and was perfectly dry inside.

It is now awaiting redeployment as a cache!
