Off to snowy Canada

I'm off today to snowy Canada and I won't be back until the 16th December.

I'd like to wish everyone all the best especially those standing for election in the forthcoming GAGB elections. I hope the new committee is as dedicated as the current one who have done an excellent job.

I will try and check up on things in here if they have t'internet over there

I can confirm that the hang overs are still legendary :cheers: and that the Gag n Puke stil is.......:wacko:

For the uninitiated the Gag n Puke is a small burger bar/cafe on camp over here. Squaddies think up the nicest of names for things.

For anyone remotely interested here is a clip on youtube that shows you what the British Army does over here in Canada at BATUS (British Army Training Unit Suffied). It is a training area big enough to swallow up every other training area we have in the world and its the only place you can train a Battle Group using live ammunition and everything from the Infantry to Artillery, tanks and air support.
