Is anyone using one of these for caching in the UK at the moment?
I have one on my xmas list, but I would like to hear any reports, good or bad from UK users.

I have an Oregon 400. It came loaded with an inferior version of Topo maps which didn't even include the Kennet and Avon Canal (85 miles long). I loaded Topo V2 which I had previously bought for my 60CSx which solved the problem. A 300 plus Topo V2 is definitely the way to go.
The Oregon itself is a great bit of kit. The touch screen is easy to use and much faster, interface for reading cache pages (GPX files) is excellent, logging caches in the field is really useful. I've definitely picked up some extra finds as a result of having all the information with me, Highly recommended.

I have a 400T with GB Topo, The Oregon Is THE gps for geochaching!
What's the difference between the 300 and the 400?
A quick question about the touch screen.
Is it fragile? ie. I currently have a Garmin GPS 12 which has a very solid screen which can be bounced off rocks (regulary does!)
