FC South East England Query

Hi folks,

I've just been reading the agreement for FC South East England and I have a couple of queries which will need addressing.
Firstly it states that the agreement is for a 1year trial however there is no date on the agreement. Is this agreement still live or does it now need refreshing?
Also, it supplies a link to www.geocache.co.uk where we are supposed to download a form which should be used when requesting permission. However geocache co uk is now closed for business so what is now the procedure for making a permissions request?
