As Stuart has said, the details above are likely to produce the quickest response with situations like this.
Like any popular forums, we are heavily targetted by would-be spammers, but only half a dozen or so a day get past the first lines of defence and actually get as far as being seen by a human. Those who do are mostly banned before they post, and the very few who do get as far as posting usually have their posts trapped in a holding area for moderation and of course deletion.
No matter how good our defences, there will always be the occasional one who does manage to make a public post, and we welcome an alert from anyone who sees such a post.
Perhaps this is a good time to remind people that on rare occasions a bona fide user will have a post held for moderation, or even find themselves temporarily banned, due to a false alarm. This is unfortunate, but it's an inevitable side effect of our battle against spam. If you find a post of yours has been held for moderation, just sit back and wait, and it'll get released when one of us sees it. If you find you're wrongly banned, use the contact details that Stuart has posted above and we'll correct matters as soon as we can.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light. (Dylan Thomas)
