Moth Identification
Wondering whether anyone could help me in identifying this moth that I spotted on a beach in the Gower, South Wales.
Appears to be similar to a 5 spot Burnet, but had light green wings instead of black.
Any info would be great !!. Attachment 47

Coincidently, we saw several of these at a cache we found yesterday and we agree with MrsB.

We found ukmoths.org.uk very useful in identifying it. http://ukmoths.org.uk/keywordsearch.php

Moth identification
Thanks for the info, notice that the six spot burnet that Izzy and the Lizard King spotted had black wings- the one that I saw had bright green - is this normal ( maybe a young one ?)

I caught these on the way to hide my Lakeland Plastic cache in Ringwood. I wondered what they were!
It only takes one drink to get me drunk, but I can never remember if it was the thirteenth or fourteenth.
