Yep, I got excited when I got to 10. Next goal you should really get excited about is 50! It may seem a long way off to you, but as the addiction grows so do the numbers. Well done.:socool:

    Thanks all!

I am investing in a GPS this week. So I hope hitting the 50 won't be too hard!

A single figure would be great to me!! Double figures in awesome! Were some easier than others?

    You'll get there lbj12.

As for your question are some easier than others, well the answer has to be that old chestnut, how long is a piece of string!

You could go to find a cache one day and not have any luck, then go back the next day and wonder how on earth you could have missed it. It happens to us all.

Just go out and hunt, you will get the old cachers eye as well. When I started caching I was useless at finding nano caches.

There are some of us out there who are quite crafty when we place caches as well, so when you look at something and dismiss it, look again, just to be sure.

Having been to the geocaching shop in Ashbourne and bought several of the new "cunning" caches (rocks, sticks and bolts etc.,)and having "she who must be obeyed" supervising the placement and hiding of caches, mine are going to be harder in future. Remember
    the game's afoot sherlock !!

and most of the fun is trying to decipher the clues, follow the GPS and ultimately outwit the hider by finding the cache !! I must admit I do get a bit awed when I see some of the cachers with thousands of finds - keep on caching !!
