    Default Annual UK Mega Event 2013 - West Midlands

    UK Mega Event Committee Account

    The West Midlands 2013 Mega Event Committee, was the the only committee to submit a request, therefore they have been awarded the account for 2013 and will be organising the Annual UK Mega event in the summer of 2013.

    Date: Saturday 3rd August 2013.

    Venue: Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire. CV35 0BJ

    The UK's 6th Mega Event is held at The Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire on 3rd August 2013.

    We want everyone know the official Mega Geocoins, Tags and Clothing are NOW AVAILABLE... :socool:

    The clothing includes; polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and even Teddybear Hoodies too :lol:

    We have outsourced the clothing to keep costs down... eg: an adult polo shirt regardless of size, colour and with personalisation , including P&P will only cost you £17.20.

    Camping Announcement!
    We are pleased to announce that camping is now available on site at the UK Mega Event 2013. Prices are £16 per night (non-EHU) and £22 per night (EHU). However we have created a special discounted price for those staying a week (7 nights Mon - Sun inc.) of just £100 (non-EHU) and £140 (EHU).

    For more information or to book please visit http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co....ort_order=desc. Please note EHU bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights and must be made calling the booking hotline on 01926 645 029 open Monday-Friday 10am - 4:30pm, non-EHU camping can be booked online.

    On the Friday evening before the main Mega Event, everyone will be welcome to attend the campsite for an evening of socialising, food, drink and entertainment. Visit http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co....sort_order=asc to buy your Hog Roast tickets for £4 for the Friday evening camping event (including a vegetarian option). Full details of the Friday night camping event will be released shortly.

    The GAGB have a stand at the WM Mega event this weekend, so please come along and say hello to us.

    Several of the committee have already been at some of the side events this week (and at Piratemania last weekend) ...... and five of us will be at the Mega event on Saturday.

    There is also a Q&A session with the committee in room 2 (Geotalks) at 1.30pm.
