    The Chinese have launched the tenth of their GPS satellites and made their system operational. Details are here.

    It looks as if they're using some form of Selective Availability - only ten metres accuracy for civilian users, but much higher for the Chinese military. But maybe they'll do what the US did, and decide SA's unnecessary and turn it off.
