Thread: Caches on National Trust land

    We have been in regular contact with the National Trust HQ over the last year as reported in this thread.

    We are keen to follow up the last contact with information regarding caches which have been placed on NT land with the permission of the local Warden in order to demonstrate the positive aspects of geocaching.

    Hi,
    We have a cache on NT property. Ashridge estate. The Area Warden was very helpful and from asking permission to getting it was only a couple of weeks.
    He did say that caches would be evaluated on an individual basis and to treat it as a one off as opposed to a blanket permission. The cache page is Here
