I usually only done one or two charity things a year (I'm aware of Giving Fatigue) but I've been signed up to do the Oxford Half Marathon (13.1 miles, 21.1km) on Sunday October the 14th. I've not run this distance since April so it's going to be a challenge to beat my past 1/2M PB of 1:58 - but I'll try. I'm running for The Stroke Association as my father had a series of strokes before he died in 2005, so it's a worthy cause that's close to my heart.

http://www.justgiving.com/oxford-half is the place; anything you can spare would be gratefully received; I'm aiming to raise £100+ so any help you can give would be excellent.

Thanks again,

SP
