Question Books with place names in the title

First off I don't know the answers!! These are some I'm stuck on...

Give the title and author of these works of fiction or autobiography. The bold letter is a place (from suburb to continent).

    I somehow missed this thread...

Tropic of Ruislip - Leslie Thomas

Funeral in Berlin - Len Deighton

    Amsterdam - Ian McEwan

The Road to Levinshir - Patrick Rothfuss
(I'm not sure about this one: Levinshir is a fictional place, not a real one, and this title was originally a short story which was later incorporated into a novel with a different title)
