Hi,

On the 31 October 2012 I was privileged to donate Bone Marrow with Anthony Nolan. I was so impressed with the professionalism and approach that I am now raising funds to ensure this great work continues.

On Sunday 4th August 2013 I will be taking part in the RideLondon - Surrey 100, covering 100 miles of the Olympic 2012 cycling road race course. Starting at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park the ride makes its way into Surrey, taking in Box Hill and finishing on The Mall.

This will be no mean feat with my 'To do' list:

  • Dust off bike ü
  • Polish helmet ü
  • Wash lycra ü
  • Identify time to train
  • Lose 2 stone
  • Get fit
  • Ramp up my riding to 100 miles
  • Raise £600

Most of these are my problem not yours but you can help me with the last item -

Please dig deep - I'm cycling 100 miles for Anthony Nolan because every Blood Cancer sufferer deserves a chance.

Regards
