I have gained permision from two local farmers for placing caches on ROW across thier property. My understanding is that they own the land 2 inches underneath the footpath etc and the hedges alongside as well as having the responsibility for maintaining (or not&#33 the ROW itself. Do we need to list these as permisions granted ?. In one case they have a GC account in the other case it was a verbal handshake and a promise of a pint. (our kids go to the same school and are friends)
