Changing The Date & Time On A Garmin Etrex H

Hi,

I recently bought a second hand Etrex H. I have only just got into Geocaching so didn't want to spend a fortune right away.

Anyway, I have read the guide and watched numerous videos online and now I think I know my way around the device. However the time is wrong as is the date - infact it states a date in 1994! I can't see a way of changing it, can anyone help?

I was debating a system reset??

where you can search (try searching date or time), I would think the bit you need is on page 23.
