Tom Tom POI

In lay mans language, how does one put caches from GSAK onto Tom Tom so as they appear as POI when driving about?
Simple explanation would be most appreciated!

I don't use GSAK - but did find this document that Graculus has written.

Follow the document above, it's really a no brainer, one tip is to create a small icon for the POI otherwise you end up why a generic star. I used the GS logo which makes it easier to find on the Tom Tom.
