    Default uploadg gps data to geocaching.com

    Apologies if this has been covered before.
    I have a garmin etrex 30 and have downloaded a number of cahes and logged them as found on the gps. Can I upload these to the website direct or do I have to edit the site manually?

    Geocaching > Your Profile > Field Notes (in long list of option on right hand side)
