Having problems downloading co-ordinates, etc., onto device from Mac computer. Can anybody advise please?

So, for a start:

Using Garmin's communicator?
Using Internet Explorer?

One way around it is, are you a Premium Member?
Try using Pocket Queries. You can load multiple caches in one go.
