Hello everyone

I'm new to this site but been geocaching since about September last year I am so hooked on this hobby, I have brought geocoins but what to keep them I have made cards with a photo and the info required is this ok or is there another way I have also brought a car trackable but as of yet no luck fingers crossed eh

Geocoins are great, and there are lots of collectors based in the UK. If you haven't already done so, you might want to take a look at some of our National Park geocoins (click here) - we still have some Dartmoor and Cairngorm coins in stock.

Lots of collectors keep their geocoins in binder albums, dedicated suitcases, or similar. It's not uncommon for people to bring their collections to geocaching events for others to 'Discover' the coins.

I'm not really a coin collector but have acquired quite a few over the years. The first one I bought, funnily enough, was the original GAGB one. There was a Geocoin race = you had to "visit" it at every cache you found and the one that clocked up the most miles in the time given won the race. I didn't come anywhere near, but I've carried on dipping it in every cache I find and it has now done over 46,000 miles.

I keep my coins in an album which (if I remember) I take with me to events so other cachers can "discover" them.

Those custom displays look really good. Collecting geocoins has never been something I’ve actually fully gotten myself into so that’s something I certainly need to change up in my life
