    I can see the scene, I'm pretty sure It's the Aristocats, where the butler is trying to get rid of the kittens, and I remember seeing it on Screen Test with Michael Rod about 35 years ago! It's the two dogs IIRC a bloodhound and a basset hound.

    Not sure of the name but I'm getting the name Napoleon from somewhere (I'm beginning to sound like Doris Stokes!)

    Just asked my son what he thinks and he reckons form the ititials F.F and I it has to be Young Frankenstein as he has seen that one, the only ones I remember are the really old ones
