February Half Term activities in Dorset
If the children are seemingly reluctant to extract themselves from the comforts and depths of the sofa and the thought of a wintry walk lists woefully low on the agenda, fuel up some interest by venturing on a treasure hunt instead!
Geocaching, which is pronounced geo-cashing, offers the excitement of a treasure hunt with an outdoor walk using a GPS or smartphone to track down one of thousands of 'secret' caches, often packed with goodies, that have been planted all over the country. Get involved by checking out the website of the Geocaching Association of Great Britain at www.gagb.org.uk
