Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery in the UK. We have calculated the shipping costs based on the weight of the items you have ordered, the size of the parcel (large letter, small parcel, or medium parcel) and the country that they are being shipped to, in order to get the best postage cost. All international orders are shipped via Royal mail International Standard. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the GAGB shall not be liable for any delay for delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Collect at an Event
As an alternative to paying for postage, you may collect you products at an event that one of the GAGB committee will be attending. If you prefer to collect at an event, please select one of the events listed. This is the best price and free. Don't forget to print a copy of your order confirmation email and bring it to the event you selected, look for the GAGB stand or banner.
Returns
Faulty items may be returned for replacement up to 7 days after receipt.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with your order details within five working days from the date you received the package.
