Forestry Commission negotiations

Could we get an update on the current state of the negotiations with the Forestry Commission please?

The committee held a telecon on Friday evening to discuss the NF / FC negotiation. We are at a sensitive stage in this particular negotiation at the moment and ask that everyone bears with us.

GAGB approached the FC HQ to request a National permission, but their HQ decided that FC areas will have to be negotiated on an area by area basis due to the individual nature of issues within that area. Negotations are now ongoing with several FC areas.

The committee intend to provide a news release shortly.
