The Avalon Marshes is a spectacular and beautiful lowland wetland area with lush vegetation and a high level of wildlife. They are home to a huge conservation effort to protect Scheduled Ancient Monuments, wildlife and this beautiful landscape.
The AMLP have set a limit on the number of geocaches within these reserves and these are all placed by the Volunteer Geocaching Coordinator (see above).
There are five nature reserves within the Avalon Marshes area and the team at the Avalon Marshes centre have liaised with the reserves to allow the placement of geocaches on the following nature reserves.
