Summary:
Waited for the tide to recede then we climbed the muddy banks of the Chiswick Eyot (an island) to clear all the flotsam which was mainly plastic bottles. Whilst there we pollarded the willows and with the stems we created a compost bin. This CITO was in partnership with Thames21 who provided the tools and guided us. The event lasted 3 hours.
