GAGB Trackable Race Winners

Our ‘Racing Hounds’ trackable race began in January 2019, and concluded a couple of weeks ago. Between them, 76 tags travelled almost 500,000 kilometres, visiting 31 countries across 5 continents. We are now pleased to announce the winners: 

• Long Distance Runner: TB95PYC (the_dolan) with 77,758 kilometres.
• Winning Retriever: TB95PZG (Griff Grof) with 1,741 Retrieve logs. Prize awarded to joint second place, TB95PZ4 (Collie Wobbles) and TB95Q0H (Joolswools), as current committee members cannot win a prize.
• Winning Pointer: TB95PX2 (thecatts) with 27 Discover logs.
• Winning Setter: TB95PXG (Paulared) with 15,058 kilometres travelled within the British Isles.
• Winning Boxer: TB95PT8 (hedgegog3) was placed in 844 small/regular/large caches.
• Prize draw winner: TB95PX8 (WinningMs).

Congratulations to all the winners, and thanks to everyone who took part. We are looking forward to donating 50% of the profits from the tags to the upcoming UK Mega events, as promised.
